A clutch of several Chinese exhibitors will set up stalls showcasing yarns, fabrics and garment accessories at a special Chinese Pavilion at the upcoming second edition of the Yarn, Fabric & Accessories Trade Show (YFA) Show which will run from November 23 (Wednesday) to 26 (Saturday), 2016.

In US, acrylonitrile spot was steady amid thin trade throughout the week, with sellers more bullish on the market and expecting pricing to rise on expectations of turnarounds in Asia later in the year.

Prices recovered slightly on the cotton market on Tuesday with the fall in arrivals of seed cotton from the Punjab station due to late sowing, dealers said. In both Sindh and Punjab, seed cotton prices were at Rs 3000 and Rs 3200 per 40 kg, respectively.

The official spot rate picked up Rs 50 to Rs 6,250, dealers said. In ready business, around 8,000 bales of cotton changed hands between Rs 6450 and Rs 6700.

Several major futures traders had in recent weeks been short selling H2 July and some H1 August swaps and that week were seen covering some of their short positions.
