The textile exhibition titled International Ethnic Week 2016; organized by Surat Dreams the second edition to take place this time in Greater Noida, the first edition was held in Goa. Greater Noida will host a textile exhibition where about 2500 domestic buyers and nearly 500 international buyers are expected to attend the exhibition and touted to bring in varied business interests to the city.

The event also showcases a high profile fashion show where top models from the fashion fraternity will adorn latest ensembles from the ethnic couture.

With 108 textile manufacturers from across India, the fashion exposition is set to witness the participation of 2,500 domestic buyers and 500 international buyers from UK, USA, Bangladesh, Pakistan, South Africa and the Gulf countries.

Hitesh Jan, co-founder of Surat Dreams said that the exhibition generates an excellent opportunity for manufacturers and buyers in developing business relations. The aim of this exhibition is to promote Indian textile's brand value all over the world.

Jain further adds that with over 500 international buyers likely to visit the exhibition, they hope to generate a profitable business relation with international market and boost the underlined ethnic art and culture of India. This season they expect to sign the MOUs of around Rs 1000 crore. After getting an overwhelming response earlier, this year they will bring the latest trends in fashion with the perfect blend of traditional and modern western culture.

According to exhibitor Sanjay Murarka (Lala) F M Textiles and Group, Kolkata who are innovating the Indian saree with half print-half crushed, geometrical and flowers pattern this year as there is more focus on foreign buyers, which is why they are bringing the fusion of indo-western products and digital prints in sarees, suits and kurtis.

The textile exhibition, International Ethnic Week 2016 will be held on March 5-6 at Expo Mart, Greater Noida.
