Ace Link Armor introduces innovative performance apparel

Ace Link Armor, based in Santa Ana, California, has unveiled its latest innovation in performance apparel, the Thermacore base layer t-shirt. Designed specifically for professionals operating in high-stress environments, the shirt is engineered to address heat stress, a major but often overlooked challenge for those wearing body armour.

The Thermacore t-shirt combines advanced microclimate regulation, evaporative cooling, and menthol-infused freshness to deliver comfort and performance in extreme conditions. “Heat stress is one of the most underappreciated threats in tactical operations,” said Jakub Dabrowka, CEO of Ace Link Armor. “With the Thermacore shirt, we’re tackling this issue directly, equipping operators with the physiological edge needed to stay cool, dry, and focused under armour.”

Designed for all-day wear, the Thermacore base layer has an ergonomic fit with flatlock seams to minimise irritation when worn under armour. Targeted sweat-evacuation zones are strategically placed to keep critical thermal areas dry during demanding operations.

Field testing has shown that operators using the Thermacore shirt saw up to a 26% boost in performance during intense activity, experienced delayed discomfort compared to traditional polyester layers, and benefited from improved endurance and energy conservation by maintaining an optimal core temperature.
