YiwuTex 2016 opened today in China

The 17th China Yiwu International Exhibition on Knitting & Hosiery Machinery, The 6th China Yiwu International Exhibition on Sewing & Automatic Garment Machinery and “he 3rd China Yiwu International Exhibition on Dyeing, Finishing & Digital Printing Machinery (hereinafter as YiwuTex 2016) the three day show grandly opened today in China.

The show attracted around 160 textile machinery exhibitors from 10 countries and regions to showcase the latest intelligent and sustainable textile manufacturing technology. It is expected to attract 12,000 visitors, over 20 trade associations and over 40 important textile-related corporates to visit and source in the show.

To accommodate diversified sourcing needs from the buyers, the exhibition features 3 thematic zones, including “Knitting & Hosiery Machinery”, “Sewing & Automatic Garment Machinery”, as well as “Dyeing, Finishing & Digital Printing Machinery”. A full spectrum of smart and automated machineries, innovative fabric technologies and cost-effective business solutions tailored for the knitting, hosiery, sewing, garment and digital printing industries are showcased in YiwuTex 2016.

Yiwutex consists of the China (Yiwu) International Exhibition on Hosiery, Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing Machinery and the China (Yiwu) International Exhibition on Narrow Fabric, Braiding & Garment Machinery. It is now regarded as the most professional and international exhibition of its kind in China. Exhibits include a wide collection of textile machinery such as knitting machines, braiding machines, dyeing machinery and sewing machines. Yiwutexis listed as the must-attend fair and ideal souring platform for many enterprises, in particularly for those from knitting industry.

YiwuTex 2016 pays close attention to the development and challenges of the textile industry. Overseas experts were invited to share their insights on business upgrade or transformation with the use of smart technologies, new fabrics, information communication technology and data management system in a list of concurrent seminars.

Seminars focusing on the topics of “New Fibers Innovation”, “Planning and Scheduling Optimization System for Apparel Production”, “How can Second-Generation Succeed Dad’s Business Well?”, “Saving Money by Using the Intelligent Traffic Light Management System”, “Social Media, the New Sales Channel of Textile and Clothing” and “Advanced Planning and Scheduling System for Textile Supply Chain” were held today and received warm support from the attendees.

Other seminars focusing on fabric innovation and new printing technology will be organized on 15-June. Diversified topics include “The Breakthrough Technology of Hosiery Fiber”, “Development of Functional Underwear”, “Digital Printing Technology Used in Varied Textile Fabrics”, “How to Realize Customized T-Shirt by Using Pigment Printing?” and “How to Make Digital Textile Printing Popular in Yiwu Market?”

Santoni, the industry leader in the knitting industry, has organized a Sports Socks Design Competition and its award presentation ceremony will be held concurrently with YiwuTex on 15 June.

The trend-setting Knitwear Display Zone once again showcases the latest fabrics innovation, production techniques and pattern design at YiwuTex.

The Yiwutex will take place on 3 days from Tuesday, 14. June to Thursday, 16. June 2016 at Yiwu International Expo Centre, Zhejiang, PR China.
