WHITESPACE incorporates eVent Fabrics’ PFAS-Free laminate

eVent Fabrics has announced that WHITESPACE is using its high-performance, PFAS-free alpineST laminate in the brand’s premium Performance 3L Pant. alpineST is the highest-performing laminate in eVent’s range, offering long-lasting waterproofness and breathability even after repeated washing. Its durability makes it suitable for intense outdoor activities and harsh weather conditions.

According to Chad Kelly, Vice President of eVent Fabrics, alpineST is engineered to provide strong weather protection and comfort in extreme environments. He added that the partnership offers snowboarders a durable, waterproof and breathable option that is also PFAS-free, aligning with the needs of performance-driven athletes.

Designed for tough alpine conditions, the Performance 3L Pant combines the alpineST laminate with fully taped seams for reliable waterproofing. Features include articulated construction, four-way stretch gaiters, expandable cargo storage and thermal media pockets. The pant is finished with a PFC-free durable water repellent treatment and recycled components, balancing technical performance with a responsible design approach.
