Taiwan Textile Fairs in South Asia 2014 organized by the Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF) and the Bureau of Foreign Trade and represented by Worldex India Exhibition & Promotion Pvt. Ltd., are back to power Indian and Sri Lankan garment manufacturers and exporters through a wide variety of innovative offerings from leading Taiwanese manufacturers of textiles and clothing accessories.
The Taiwan textile fairs will be held in New Delhi, the capital of India on November 18-19 and in Bengaluru, known for its garment and textile industry on November 21-22.
In Sri Lankan, the TTF will be held in the capital of Colombo on November 24-25, 2014. Sri Lankan textile association such as Sri Lanka Apparel Exporters Association (SLAEA), Joint Apparel Association Forum (JAAF) and Sri Lanka Apparel Sourcing Association (SLASA) are strongly supporting this event.
The renowned companies from Taiwan will be showcasing a wide range of cutting edge, high performance, trendy and contemporary products to the South Asian buyers at this one of a kind platform.
This niche event is important to both these developing markets, India and Sri Lanka as textiles and apparel industry are one of the largest contributors of exports. The exports in India have increased by 8.10% for the year 2012-13 whereas Sri Lanka’s exports growth continued at 5%.
This annual event caters to textile and garment manufacturers, importers, exporters, buyers, merchandisers and retailers across India and Sri Lanka for their sourcing requirements.
The fairs will showcase a wide variety of products ranging from Textured Yarns, Recycled polyester yarns and fabrics, Woven Fabrics, Knitted Fabrics, Functional Fabrics, Outdoor and Sports Fabrics, Label, Badge, Ribbon, etc.
The Taiwan textile fairs to conduct buyer promotion activities which will provide tremendous opportunities for both Indian and Sri Lankan apparel manufacturers and exporters. The importers will also get an opportunity to interact with the Taiwanese manufacturers to source superior fabrics and textile auxiliaries that will add more value to their product-range.
