Precision Textiles launches performance PLUS FR sock

Precision Textiles has unveiled its latest innovation, the IQFIT Performance PLUS FR Sock, a breakthrough in mattress sock technology. Building on the success of its IQFIT glass-free collection, the new sock features advanced knit construction, offering enhanced comfort, improved performance, and refined mattress aesthetics with a lighter, modern design.

Bob O’Connell, Executive VP of Marketing and Merchandising at Precision Textiles, highlighted the product’s significance, noting that it pushes the boundaries of innovation in textile engineering. He stated, “The IQFIT Performance Plus Sock represents the next generation of FR technology, combining superior comfort and modern design to enhance the aesthetic appeal of mattresses.”

Developed by Garrett Graven, Product Development Manager at Precision Textiles, the sock improves functionality by reducing the traditional rounded corners of FR socks, creating a cleaner design. It is sustainably sourced, made in the USA, and USDA Bio-Preferred® certified.

This product continues to meet fire safety standards while providing a sleek, streamlined look for mattress manufacturers. With plans to expand into additional product offerings, the IQFIT Performance PLUS FR Sock continues to position Precision Textiles as a leader in the mattress industry.
