Bulgarain textile company PNG 1962 Ltd. Eood is one of the leading manufacturer in home textile based in Sofia. The company plans to make investment to the tune of two million levs ($1.16 million/1.0 million euro) in a new production facility and equipment for digital printing on cotton fabrics.

The investment is co-financed by the EU programme Innovation and Competitiveness with 350,000 levs, while the rest will be provided by a bank loan, PNG 1962 said.

The investment project will increase productivity by 15 percent and raise revenues from export by 26 percent. The project will also open 10 new jobs.

PNG operates 12 stores and a production plant in the country's capital Sofia. The company's product portfolio includes more than 10,000 items. PNG – 1962 chose Base Systems for the creating of a new online store for the company.
