Picanol
At ITMA Asia + CITME 2025 in Singapore, Picanol is set to introduce the next-generation OmniPlus-i Connect airjet weaving machine, marking a new milestone in airjet weaving technology. This upgraded model continues Picanol’s tradition of delivering innovative and performance-oriented solutions tailored to meet the changing needs of modern weaving mills.
“We’re very excited to present our newest advancements at ITMA Asia + CITME,” said Johan Verstraete, Vice President of Weaving Machines. “A major highlight will be the new OmniPlus-i Connect, which features groundbreaking improvements across all four of our design principles. One of the most notable features, EcoBoost, can save up to 1.5 kW of energy per machine, helping mills reduce both costs and environmental impact. This innovation doesn’t just enhance our platform, it sets a new industry standard.”
Picanol will also showcase a variety of weaving solutions for both airjet and rapier technologies, as well as tools to support digital transformation in textile manufacturing. Visitors will get a first look at new AI-powered applications integrated into the PicConnect platform, Picanol’s unified digital ecosystem that brings together all digital tools and services through a single, user-friendly interface.
