OnceMore, developed by Södra, will begin using TextileGenesis to improve traceability across its supply chain. OnceMore is known as the first large-scale process to recycle blended textiles into high-quality dissolving pulp, made from textile waste and wood sourced from responsibly managed Swedish forests.

By integrating TextileGenesis into its operations, OnceMore aims to meet the growing demand for verified data and transparent tracking across increasingly complex textile supply chains.

This development marks an important step in scaling circular man-made cellulosic fibres (MMCF). The system will create a verified digital chain of custody, tracking materials from pulp and fibre production through to finished garments. By bringing together supply chain data into one platform, it will improve transparency across different production stages and regions, while also encouraging more supplier participation.

The traceability system will allow OnceMore and its brand partners to access reliable information about material flow. This will help strengthen claims related to recycled content and support better reporting, especially in preparation for upcoming regulations such as the EU Digital Product Passport.

TextileGenesis will use its Fibercoin technology to create digital tokens linked to material volumes. These tokens will generate a secure digital record at every stage of production, reducing reliance on manual documentation and improving the reliability of supply chain data.
