Nilit, LincSpun to present fabric innovations TRINOMAX IN at ISPO Munich

YarnsandFibers News Bureau 2017-02-01 00:00:00 – Munich

Nilit Fibers Israel headquartered polyamide 6.6 producer will display samples of TRINOMAX-IN fabric innovation at the leading sportswear exhibition, ISPO Munich which will take place from 5-7 February. Nilit Fibers with LincSpun have jointly developed TRINOMAX-IN core-spun yarn, the “perfect solution” to produce fabrics for sportswear, footwear, and seamless garments.

The innovative core-spun yarn was developed by LincSpun through combining Nilit Innergy Far Infrared Rays (FIR) energy generating yarn with Merino wool. The innovative high-performance fabric using the new yarn was then knitted on a state-of-the-art Shima Seiki machine.

Pierluigi Berardi, Nilit’s Global Marketing Director said that Nilit Innergy is an amazing performance fibre in its own right. But when combined with Merino wool in LincSpun’s ingeniously constructed TRINOMAX-IN core-spun yarn, the result is a collection of well-designed performance fashions and shoes that shows a new range of aesthetic and performance capabilities.

Nilit Innergy nylon 6.6 yarn captures body heat and reflects it back as FIR (Far Infrared Rays) to gently warm and invigorate muscles. A naturally occurring mineral incorporated into the Nilit Innergy fibres converts the thermal energy and generates the FIR emissions.

Nilit Innergy nylon yarn is said to be durable, stay fresh, and protect from UV radiation making it the ideal choice for casual clothes, athleticwear, base layer, and footwear. As an added benefit, Nilit Innergy’s FIR rays have been shown to improve post-workout muscle recovery, according to the manufacturer.

Australian spinner LincSpun chose Merino wool as the perfect companion yarn for Nilit Innergy. Soft and versatile with inherent strength and moisture management capabilities, Merino wool brings natural beauty and performance to TRINOMAX-IN core-spun yarn.

The Nilit Innergy yarns are knitted on the inside of the fabric so they are next to the body and the Merino wool is knitted on the outside of the fabric. When knitted on Shima Seiki knitting machines, the TRINOMAX-IN core-spun yarn are touchable and luxurious, as well as beautifully functional.
