Healthcoat Fabrics
Heathcoat Fabrics has unveiled an innovative fabric collection featuring a pioneering graphene-print technology. Graphene, known for being lightweight, ultra-thin, and extremely strong, offers unique benefits like superior thermal regulation, heat dissipation, electrical conductivity, and antibacterial properties.
The graphene-printed fabrics excel in thermal regulation, using lightweight, fine gauge knitted textiles to enhance heat dissipation. They offer up to a 60% increase in cooling rate, helping garments made from this material effectively manage body heat and reduce the risk of overheating.
In addition to advanced cooling, the fabrics feature strong surface resistivity and significant anti-static properties, making them ideal for personal protective equipment (PPE). The graphene prints also provide antibacterial protection and are available in various design patterns, catering to diverse functional needs.
Potential applications include sportswear, active clothing, healthcare and medical textiles, PPE, and military apparel, positioning this fabric range as a versatile solution for performance and safety-focused industries.
