Guess renews partnership with sustainable charity Ocean Generation

Fashion brand, Guess and UK charity, Ocean Generation have announced that they will extend their partnership into 2022, with the goal of raising awareness and educating people about the importance of a more sustainable future.

Guess organized an Ocean Kids Academy to commemorate the relationship, which included activities centered on the environment and the significance of ocean preservation.

The Guess Eco line, which combines organic and recycled cotton for essential pieces and reduces agricultural pollution and waste to create butter-soft denim and natural materials, was also available for guests to explore.

Paul Marciano, Guess’ Chief Creative Director said that this year, they’re very looking forward to collaborating with Ocean Generation again. Making the world a better place for current and future generations is an important part of their business model, which they are continuing to develop through R&D into innovative eco-friendly solutions, wastewater reduction, and adopting measures that reduce their carbon footprint throughout the entire production chain.

Marciano added that through this effort, they’ve been able to expand the Guess Eco offering, not just in their usual sectors but also in the Guess Kids collection, and is extremely happy of how far they’ve gone with these essential projects over the last few years.”

Brad Davidson at Ocean Generation, said that their continued partnership with Guess allows Ocean Generation to reach out to new audiences and expand their educational efforts. They appreciate Guess’ continuous support of their humanitarian efforts, and they look forward to strengthening their charitable partnership.
