Dahsheng Chemical launches revolutionary insole

Dahsheng Chemical (DSC), a renowned leader in performance foam manufacturing, has unveiled its latest innovation, the DREAMCELL RCP AER 23C. This new insole technology promises to redefine user comfort by combining breathability, water resistance, and a premium finish—all in one innovative product.

“The DREAMCELL RCP AER 23C insole showcases our proprietary foam formulation, which significantly enhances surface micro pores for superior airflow,” said Mei-fen Wei, COO of Dahsheng Chemical (DSC). “This innovation ensures ultimate breathability and comfort with every step, while also maintaining resistance to moisture, making it ideal for use in various weather conditions.”

The DREAMCELL RCP AER 23C insole is designed to keep users dry through dew, fog, or light drizzle, due to its advanced moisture-resistant properties. The micro pores not only facilitate airflow but also contribute to a premium microporous texture and smooth finish, providing both comfort and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

In line with DSC’s commitment to sustainability, reflected in its “Run the Relay” business plan, the DREAMCELL RCP AER 23C is crafted with nearly zero waste generated during its production. This aligns with DSC’s broader mission to advance eco-friendly solutions in the foam industry.
