Luxury retailer Browns, has established a collaboration with The Restory, a London-based after-care business, to provide repairs to its customers.

Customers of Browns will be able to schedule their things to be retrieved by The Restory, which will then analyze the clothing, offer a quotation, and repair the items before returning them to the customer.

Browns' customer experience director, Lee Whittle, said in a statement that striving to do better is at the foundation of Browns, and they want to be able to provide the ability to think carefully and prolong the lifetime of beloved products.

Whittle added that with the best repair service collaborating with them, purchases become more deliberate and become long-term investments.

Browns also announced the launch of a new made-to-measure tailoring service in collaboration with Zegna, as well as a made-to-order service where customers can customize and create jewelry pieces from 6 brands: Foundrae, Kimai, Marla Aaron, Lizzie Mandler, Suzanne Kalan,, and Yvonne Leon.
