Autoneum has introduced its latest innovation, N-Join1, a sustainable carpet system made entirely from recycled materials, free of latex and adhesives. This monomaterial solution represents a major step forward in environmentally responsible automotive interiors.

Developed using a unique one-step process, N-Join1 bonds the carpet surface directly to the substrate, which can include Autoneum’s Pure technology made from 100% polyester. This design not only simplifies recycling but also allows flexibility in design, meeting customer expectations without compromising sustainability.

Like other Autoneum floor components, N-Join1 ensures a high level of driving comfort by offering effective noise insulation within the vehicle cabin. It is also compatible with Di-Light carpet, which delivers a smooth, uniform appearance, even on curved surfaces.

N-Join1 allows for waste-free production and complete recyclability at the end of a vehicle’s life. The removal of latex further reduces water and energy use, resulting in a cleaner and more resource-efficient production process. This supports the broader automotive industry’s shift toward greener manufacturing practices.
