The exhibiting companies are Align, Cocona 37.5, Diyang Merino, e-dye, Klingler, Outlast, Penn Textile Solutions, Polartec, Rudholm Group, Sympatex, Thermore, and The Woolmark Company. The inaugural event also includes industry presentations and professional networking, complimentary workshops, and matchmaking programmes.
The event, held in the River View Galleria of the Javits, will showcase the latest trends in fabric development for the functional textiles industry and provide a sourcing marketplace for high performance functional fabrics and accessories. Exhibiting companies will present functional fabrics, branded technologies, treatments, laminates, paddings, finishes, and accessories such as yarns, tapes, prints, buttons and zippers.
Functional Fabric Fair powered by Performance Days is staged during New York Market Week and co-located with multiple fashion market events at the Javits Center.

Organisers report that some 70 companies are exhibiting and more than 400 attendees from 12 countries have registered to attend the Functional Fabric Fair powered by Performance Days, one month prior to the event.
