In Qianqing, PC (65/35) 32s yarn prices fell US cents 3 a kg in the second week of November while 45s PC combed yarn prices rolled over on the week. 32s PV (65/35) moderated US cents 2 a kg during the week.

Blended yarn prices rolled over in China but the decline of Renminbi has pegged export prices down but limited the drop of import prices in local currency terms. Nevertheless, imported yarn prices have fallen below domestic prices and imports were recovering.

In Pakistan, PC yarn prices stayed unchanged, in line with the stable PSF prices, which are supported by the seasonal demand. The 3-week falling VSF prices is yet to reflect in PV yarn pricing and it appears that firm polyester price are holding blended yarn markets.

In India, fibre prices stayed flat to up providing cost support to blended yarn markets. PV and PC yarn prices generally rolled over but demand was mute.
