YarnsandFibers News Bureau 2016-10-13 05:13:59 –

In China, medium-length staple fiber and cotton-type staple prices were stable in the last week of September. Offers for Taiwan origin 3D bright ASF tow rolled over while regular specs were flat on the week.

Acrylic staple fibre prices remained unchanged despite upstream acrylonitrile cost surged on the week. In China, as monthly settlement prices were released ASF prices were stable to a bit weaker. However, downstream demand did not improve significantly, thus producers maintained stable numbers amid cautious mentality.
