Yarnex 2015 showcasing incredible collection of value-added yarns, fibres used in apparels

The seventh edition of ‘Yarnex’ international exhibition, a three day event organized by S.S. Textile Media Private Limited commenced in Tirupur on Thursday. It is providing a B2B platform for sourcing and networking for the producers of yarns, fibres and embellishments from various countries and the apparel manufacturers in Tirupur.

The event is showcasing an incredible collection of value-added yarns, fibres and embellishments used in the apparels. Some of the products on display include organic yarns, cotton-mixed metallic yarns that could be woven into denim fabrics for softness, fabrics made of natural fibres, range of spun yarns and antique yarns.

P. Krishnamurthy, managing director of S.S. Textile Media, said that as many as 96 companies from India and abroad are taking part in this edition to display an exquisite collection of their latest range of products that were required in the production of garments.

In the middle of private companies, Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (GSFCL) who is also the lone producer of caprolactum, a base material for manufacturing of Nylon-6 in the government sector stands out with its flawless collection of fully drawn yarns and crimp yarns, apart from the fibre products used as secondary reinforcement in construction applications in the stall of government-enterprise.
