VIP Clothing
Indian innerwear brand VIP Clothing has entered a new market segment with the launch of branded handkerchiefs while also expanding its presence in the semi-premium socks category within the footwear market. This move aligns with the company’s goal to transform unbranded daily essentials into recognized and trusted branded products.
Sunil Pathare, Managing Director of VIP Clothing Ltd., shared that the company aims to replicate its innerwear segment’s success in the handkerchief market. He highlighted that the focus will be on delivering “high-quality, stylish, and reliable handkerchiefs” to consumers.
By diversifying into handkerchiefs, VIP Clothing is taking a significant step beyond its traditional innerwear business. Alongside the growth of its footwear and accessories division, this move is expected to strengthen its position in the Indian consumer goods sector.
