Cellulose Solutions will entirely control the new firm, which will distribute all green solutions as the company develops further chemical solutions to satisfy the demands of all clients involved in the development and distribution of consumer products.

Allan P. Short, president and founder of both Cellulose Solutions and Verdant Innovations, said that the mission of Verdant Innovations is to provide chemical formulations designed specifically for individual product types and to assist brands, retailers, and manufacturers in delivering safer products for humanity and the environment.
