Italian garment finishing technology company Tonello has introduced The Laser 2.0, an upgraded version of its well-known laser machine. The company describes the launch as a major step forward in speed, precision, and quality for denim and garment processing.

“This is the fastest laser machine on the market when considering both productivity and consistent marking quality,” said Marco Visentin, Tonello designer and laser specialist. “Our internal tests and client feedback confirm its performance.”

The machine features a dynamic focusing system that ensures uniform marking, improving both accuracy and consistency. Tonello also upgraded its proprietary Crea software, making it more user-friendly while expanding its functions. Designers can now preview wash effects before processing and edit designs directly on the machine.

“With The Laser 2.0, we focused on higher speed, precision, and reliability,” Visentin explained. “Client feedback was essential, they wanted more done in less time, without compromising detail and finish. That inspired us to set a new technical benchmark.”

Another advantage is flexibility. The Laser 2.0 is fully retrofittable, making it easy to integrate into existing production lines. It is designed for horizontal operation on a fixed table, suitable for both sampling and large-scale production.
