Tildenet is one of the UKs fastest growing textile manufacturers with their own overseas manufacturing subsidiaries has announced acquisition of Fleximas, the specialist textiles and netting supplier. Fleximas will be now part of the Tildenet company.

Tildenet said that customers of both companies will be able to benefit from the increased product range Tildenet is now able to offer and synergies emerging from the location of the businesses at facilities in Bristol.

Managing director Andrew Downey said that Fleximas has been established for over 40 years and are a very well-known and respected name within the industry making them a perfect fit for Tildenet and their expanding business.

The increased product range and depth of knowledge that come with an acquisition like this will be a huge benefit for their customers and they will have some very exciting times ahead opening lots more doors to new markets.
