Thermore has partnered with Patagonia to supply its Thermore EVOdown insulation for the brand’s new Heyes Peak collection. The collection comprises five men’s and women’s styles, including a jacket, parka, hoody and 3-in-1 parka, designed to provide adaptable warmth for transitional and changing weather conditions.
Thermore EVOdown is made from 100% recycled PET bottles and is engineered to replicate the softness and loft of down while offering the durability and easy care of synthetic insulation.
The Heyes Peak Jacket, the collection’s anchor style, uses 80-g of EVOdown insulation with a 1.2-oz, 20-denier NetPlus ripstop shell made from 100% post-consumer recycled nylon sourced from discarded fishing nets. The shell features a DWR treatment made without intentionally added PFAS. Thermore EVOdown is certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and bluesign standards.
The Heyes Peak styles are produced in a Fair Trade Certified factory and combine recycled insulation with recycled shell materials. According to Thermore, the collection is intended to deliver warmth, softness and breathability while limiting bulk.
The partnership marks the use of EVOdown across five Patagonia styles, bringing recycled synthetic insulation together with the brand’s broader material and sustainability requirements.
