Stäubli, Swiss textile machinery manufacturer to showcase a number of textile weaving solution at the next month’s Brazilian textile machinery exhibition Febratex, as weavers are facing increasing demands in terms of quality fabrics, flexibility and delivery deadlines.
Stäubli will be exhibiting at Booth 11, Sector 1 during the course of the show.
Stäubli will be demonstrating its ‘Topmatic’ warp tying machine, set to produce a number of 100 percent cotton yarn ties throughout the show. The machine is said to support the reduction of idle times during the weaving process by ensuring perfect quality knots, subsequently leading to less production incidents.
With its multiple options in terms of knot formation, the machine is also claimed to process staple fibre and filament yarn counts ranging from 0.8 to 500 tex without time-consuming adjustments.
The company ahead of the show has noted that with their tying machinery and Jacquard machines, Stäubli offers equipment for modern weaving mills seeking for reliable, long-life machinery allowing smooth workflows even at highest speeds and with a minimum of maintenance.
At Febratex, the visitor have the opportunity to learn more about Stäubli and its pioneering products that are the result of a well-balanced combination of performance, technical perfection and proven solutions.
Meanwhile, fellow textile machinery manufacturer Karl Mayer will be displaying a tricot machine for producing elastic lock-knit fabrics at Febratex. The new ‘HKS 2-SE’ exhibition machine will be working in a gauge of E32, a reportedly appropriate gauge for Latin America with the fabric applications including lingerie, outerwear, swimwear and sportswear.
According to Karl Mayer, their main aim of showing the innovative high-performance tricot machine is to uncover new customers: Many large circular knitting and weaving mills are located in the region around Blumenau, explained sales manager Nelson Da Cruz. They want to convince the numerous textile producers of the advantages offered by warp knitting."
Febratex 2016 will be held from 9 – 12 August 2016 at Parque Vila Germanica, Blumenau, Brazil.
