Velox said the material is suitable for glass replacement applications in the cosmetics and packaging industries. The company provides the new range in nearly all European countries.

SK Chemicals has modified the Ecozen co-polyester lines, improving transparency and performance.

European distributor Velox (Hamburg / Germany; www.velox.com) said it is now supplying a new, enhanced range of SK Chemicals (Seoul / South Korea; www.skchemicals.com) bio-based “Ecozen” PET glycol (PETG) for injection moulding and film extrusion applications.
