Amsterdam-based fashion brand, Scotch & Soda, has announced a new license agreement with stichd, a Puma Group company, for the design, manufacture, and distribution of the brand's underwear and socks.
The first men's main collection will be released in February 2023, however, there will be an early capsule release in October 2022 for selected accounts and Scotch & Soda retail outlets. A women's line is also being considered.
The men's organic cotton underwear collection features cotton boxers with the Scotch & Soda emblem branded on the waistbands. There are lots of bright colors, geometric designs, and floral prints "inspired by Amsterdam's free attitude."
The socks come in crew, ankle, and no-show designs, with a dip toe design and a surprise "have a pleasant day" messaging included within the welt.
Frederick Lukoff, Scotch & Soda CEO, said that they are happy to announce their long-term cooperation with stichd. They are certain that the new Scotch & Soda bodywear (underwear) lines will offer high-quality products that will stand out in a very competitive market due to their (stichd's) considerable knowledge and customer-oriented emphasis.
For SS23, there are 10 kinds of underwear available, with prices ranging from €26.99 (£23.25) for a pack of two to €34.99 (£30.15) for a pack of three, and 13 varieties of socks available, with prices ranging from €9.99 (£8.60) to €11.99 (£10.35). Both collections will be available at Scotch & Soda shops, on selected e-commerce platforms, and for wholesale to selected retail partners.
