Demonstrating its commitment to innovation and sustainability, leading manmade cellulose fiber producer Sateri unveiled a new generation of eco-friendly fibers at the 2025 International Yarn Exhibition (Yarn Expo Spring), held from March 11–13 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai.

Sateri showcased its latest sustainable fiber solutions, including Sateri Lyocell, the EcoCosy fiber series, and FINEX recycled fiber. These innovations reflect the company’s goal of offering responsible alternatives in the textile industry.

“Sateri’s sustainable product portfolio gained strong attention at the exhibition,” said WenBin Huang, Senior Sustainability Manager at Sateri. “We continue to explore new frontiers in sustainable fiber development, aligning our innovations with market needs and our commitment to environmental responsibility.”

Huang highlighted EcoCosy for its lightweight feel, softness, and breathability, qualities ideal for home textiles and children’s clothing. Its compatibility with high-speed spinning processes also makes it valuable for improving production efficiency.

Sateri also introduced solutions to control fibrillation at both the fiber and fabric stages. The CL Series, cross-linked Lyocell fiber, helps prevent fibrillation from the source, offering better dyeing performance and chemical resistance, all without using formaldehyde.
