Ciel Textile is now offering the Säntis RCO100 recycling technology to its brands. Without the use of chemical procedures or regenerated fibers, RCO100 technology turns pre-consumer industrial waste and post-consumer cotton garment waste into 100 percent recycled cotton yarns.
The collaboration will deliver 100 percent recycled cotton yarns to internationally recognized brands serviced by Floreal International, a subsidiary of Ciel Textile.
Säntis creative director, Annabelle Hutter, said that with businesses all around the world wishing to take a more circular approach, they are eager to support continued efforts to improve the industry's lifespan. Partnering with like-minded suppliers and designers to enhance the availability of recycled cotton in the textiles sector is an important aspect of their growth strategy. They’re excited to collaborate with Ciel to increase the availability of 100% recycled materials and deliver circular textile solutions to some of the world's largest fashion companies.
Max Li Ying, design and product executive at Floreal, said that they respect circular practices at Ciel Textile, therefore they are extremely thrilled to collaborate with an organization as dedicated to sustainability and environmental responsibility as Säntis Textiles. The value of Säntis's reputation, innovation and exceptional technological know-how in textiles cannot be emphasized. They look forward to a collaboration that will benefit the businesses with which they work.
