RSWM Limited, the flagship company of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, has entered into a joint venture agreement with Spain-based Noize Design Studio (NDS9) to establish an integrated garment manufacturing platform in India. The facility will focus on producing premium denim and activewear for international apparel brands.

Based in Barcelona, NDS9 is an apparel design, product development and global marketing company with operations spanning Europe, North America and Asia. The partnership will combine NDS9’s design and international market expertise with RSWM’s manufacturing capabilities.

Under the joint venture, RSWM will oversee manufacturing, plant operations, procurement, quality systems and supply chain management. NDS9 will be responsible for design, trend forecasting, sales and marketing, product development, merchandising, customer engagement and international business development.
