Piana Sleep and Dunya Camp join forces for sustainable mattress innovation

Piana Sleep, a new branch of Piana Technology with a 441-year history, is delighted to announce its collaboration with Dunya Camp, a luxury resort in the emerging glamping sector. This partnership combines Piana Sleep’s expertise in crafting top-notch, eco-friendly mattresses with Dunya Camp’s dedication to offering exceptional outdoor experiences.

Key to every Piana Sleep mattress is their state-of-the-art V/SMART technology, providing excellent breathability for effective moisture control and active temperature regulation. The mattresses also incorporate silver-based antimicrobial technology for a clean and hygienic sleep environment, essential for ensuring guests enjoy a cool and comfortable sleep outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.

The Dunya Camp collaboration stems from a shared commitment to integrating circular economy principles into the hospitality sector. All Piana Sleep mattresses are foam-free, made from recycled materials, and fully recyclable. Instead of contributing to landfills, Piana Sleep pledges to take back each mattress at the end of its lifecycle, ensuring zero waste through recycling.

Sangeetha Ramkumar, owner of Dunya Camp, expresses satisfaction with choosing Piana Sleep, stating it has significantly enhanced the outdoor lodging experience for guests. The decision aligns with their commitment to guest comfort and elevates the overall stay at Dunya Camp. Silvia Galasso, executive vice president of Piana Sleep, shares, “Dunya Camp’s ability to seamlessly blend nature with comfort aligns perfectly with Piana Sleep’s mission to create technological innovations supporting environmental stewardship.”
