Pangaia, the materials science brand renowned for fusing innovation with eco-conscious design, has unveiled its most advanced plant-based activewear line, 365 Seamless Activewear. The collection made its global debut on May 29, 2025, setting a new benchmark in sustainable performance apparel.
Engineered from 100% bio-based materials, the line uses Evo Nylon from Fulgar, made from renewable sources like castor beans and industrial corn, along with regen Bio Max elastane from Hyosung, a next-gen stretch fibre composed of 98% renewable content. Evo Nylon provides a naturally non-toxic, thermoregulating, and lightweight base, while regen Bio Max delivers high elasticity and durability with 27% lower carbon emissions and 82% less ozone impact than traditional spandex.
The seamless construction ensures a sleek, sculpted, second-skin fit, minimizing fabric waste while maximizing comfort. The capsule collection features five core styles available in three shades. Each piece is treated with Pangaia’s signature PPRMINT technology, a natural peppermint oil finish that combats odour-causing bacteria and extends freshness between washes, supporting less frequent laundering and a lower environmental impact.
