MTEX launches three new digital direct to textile printers at FESPA 2017

MTEX announced the launch of three new digital direct-to-textile printers at FESPA 2017 which kicked off on 8th May in Hamburg. The three new printers, manufactured entirely at their state of the art manufacturing facilities in Europe to the highest of Industry 4.0 standards are high speed and high tech.

They are delighted to announce these products at FESPA this year and welcome customers new and old to visit their stand in Hall B6 and find out for themselves just how cost effective these new machines are with their knock out ink prices that cannot be beaten.

The three digital printers are :MTEX Dragon 1.9m wide roll-to-roll printer with 8 heads and available in either four or eight colours. Aimed at the sign, display graphics and interior décor market, the MTEX Dragon can print up to 137sqm/hour with four colours at 720dpi.

MTEX Scorpion 1.9m wide printer with the option of roll-to-roll or adhesive belt for stretched or knitted fabrics. Available with either 16 or 32 heads and four or eight colours. It is aimed mostly at the high end fashion markets and is available with Acid/ Pigment or Reactive ink dyes with speeds of up to 550sqm/ hour.

MTEX Eagle 3.2m wide printer with the option of roll-to-roll or adhesive belt for stretched or knitted fabrics. It is predominantly aimed at the display graphics and home textiles markets for disperse (dye-sub) or pigment inks with speeds of up to 543sqm/hour.

All three printers have variable drop size pro heads from 3 to 24 picoliter, a linear motor for fast and accurate print and up to 1440dpi.

Each one is modular - in the true spirit of Industry 4.0, each of the printers can be upgraded or configured to match your business requirements and the printhead configuration can be added to as your need for speed and production capacity grows.
