US apparel brand Michael Stars has partnered with the world's largest fashion resale platform, ThredUp to launch a new clothing resale service through its Resale-as-a-ServiceⓇ (RaaSⓇ) platform.
The agreement will facilitate apparel clean out in order to reduce the amount of clothes that are discarded in the United States each year – 95% of which could be recycled or reused. GAP, Madewell, and Reformation are among the world's largest brands and retailers that use thredUP's RaaSⓇ to provide customized, scalable resale experiences to their customers.
