A hundred-year-old Nerviano-based textile finishing company has collaborated with Martinelli Ginetto Group, a yarn and fabric manufacturer for home decor. Through its acquisition, Martinelli Ginetto Group relaunches the Nerviano-based company and projects an approach to modern production and solidifying its services provided. MARTINELLI GINETTO is leading in the home textile industry. The Group’s system is based on a network of production stages, technological innovation and quality control. 

Nerviano, with its acquisition “Satta”, strengthens its supply chain system by its European leadership in the textile finishing segment highly focusing on sustainability, innovation and quality.

With 130 employees, the Nerviano plant produces about 80 million square meters per year of cotton, linen, and blended fabrics for third parties, intended for a wide variety of items, from percales to smooth satin and jacquard, quilts, and technical fabrics. “The pandemic has taught us not to take anything for granted,” states Alberto Paccanelli, Partner and Managing Director of Martinelli Ginetto Group, as well as President of Euratex, the European Confederation for the textile and clothing industries.
