The Lovesac Company (Nasdaq: LOVE), the home furnishing brand is known for its Sacs, The World’s Most Comfortable Seat™, is proud to announce a new partnership with fashion legend Jeremy Scott. Scott has designed a special, limited-edition Sac Cover with a premium patchwork pattern inspired by his family tradition of exchanging hand-sewn quilts.
Scott is recognized for his trademark style and transformational abilities, frequently taking bits of pop culture and converting them into something unique. He grew up on a farm in Missouri before becoming the Creative Director of Moschino and sole proprietor of his eponymous label. This fits in nicely with the Lovesac design philosophy’s emphasis on sustainability, making the collaboration between Scott and Lovesac a breeze.
Jeremy Scott, said that each and every patchwork pattern has tales, emotions, and experiences. This pattern pays respect to earlier quilted designs, demonstrating how parts can be recycled to create something practical and beautiful, all while giving warmth, comfort, and beauty to living rooms throughout America.
This partnership creates a one-of-a-kind piece of furniture that blends the beauty of aesthetics quilting with the functionality, coziness, and comfort of modern sitting, thanks to the use of sustainably produced cotton and the very high durability standards Lovesac is known for.
Shawn Nelson, the creator and CEO of Lovesac, said that they’re beyond pleased that Jeremy developed this amazing Sac Cover for them. This is their first excursion into the high-fashion world, and Jeremy is the ideal partner because their design aesthetics are so similar. They believe in adopting a long-term approach to product development, and Jeremy’s patchwork design epitomizes that philosophy.
Nelson added that they’re seeing Sacs being utilized in primary living spaces as the accent item that links the room together more and more and this Sac Cover is great for people seeking to be both bold and comfortable with their home.
Beginning August 23rd, 2021, this very limited edition of SuperSac Covers, designed by Lovesac and based on Scott’s design, will be available for purchase on Lovesac.com and at Lovesac showrooms. Future collaborations with other prominent designers are also in the works for Lovesac fans.
