Lilysilk, a silk apparel brand known for its premium products, has introduced its new SilkContour Collection. The China-based company describes the collection with the idea of “no squeeze, just ease,” focusing on comfort and natural fit.

The collection features a patent-pending, triple-layer fabric made from 42 percent recycled nylon, 36 percent silk, and 22 percent Lycra. According to Lilysilk, the fabric uses a double-faced knit structure, where nylon is placed on the outside for support, silk is on the inside for comfort against the skin, and Lycra forms the middle layer to provide flexibility and support. The fabric is produced using advanced circular knitting machines to ensure a smooth, dense, and consistent finish.

David Wang, CEO of Lilysilk, explained that the goal was to combine comfort with a refined feel. He said the SilkContour fabric is designed to follow the body’s natural shape without causing tightness or discomfort. Rather than redefining shapewear, the focus is on creating garments that are easy and comfortable to wear.
