Korean Hyosung is working on a new genre of sustainable fabrics

Fiber manufacturer Hyosung will offer its new varieties of regenerated sustainable fibers containing 100% recycled, multi-functional fibers.

As a result of the global pandemic, several changes have been made in the conventional work ethics and values, and now there is more demand for sustainable resources and practices especially in the clothing sector, as stated by fiber producer at Hyosung. The clothing should serve multi-purposes and last long. As a mediator between mills and final customer, Hyosung offers a consistent service of trend forecast for the market and also help companies to deliver products that will fall under the umbrella of these upcoming trends.

Hyosung will showcase its new sustainable and regenerated multi-functional fibers at ISPO Munich Online by 1-5th of February 2021.

Mike Simko, Global Marketing Director Hyosung, says they are leading in materials like 100% GRS recycled creora elastane, Mipan regen nylon and regen polyester, and getting significant response globally ad through this they are also saving the natural resources. They are offering a really unique and sustainable range of regen fibers to its customer.

The regen multi-functional fiber includes cool-touch polyester and nylon with UV protection, high-tenacity nylon, cotton-like polyester with the feel of natural fiber, rapid moisture absorbing and drying polyester, anti-microbial polyester, lightweight polyester with high-performance moisture management.

One of its fabric is been elected in the top 10 of ISPO Textrends Outer Layer Category which is a multi-functional, performance stretch Dobby woven fabric, which stands excellent in fit and recovery.
