Kelly Wearstler, H&M Home collaborate on new collection

YarnsandFibers News Bureau 2026-04-03 14:53:58 – Sweden

Kelly Wearstler has partnered with H&M Home to create a new collection of lighting, accessories, and modular furniture. The collection features a mix of materials such as textiles, wood, metal, ceramics, and marble. The collection will be introduced through an installation at Milan Design Week, set inside a historic palazzo.

Wearstler shared that while she values creating exclusive pieces, she also appreciates this collaboration for making her designs more accessible to a broader audience. For the installation, Wearstler also redesigned the interiors of Palazzo Acerbi. The setup, produced by Studio Boum, reflects themes of daily use and flexible design.

Highlighted pieces in the collection include a modular chair that can be transformed into a sofa, lamps with a cage-like structure, and a decorative vase with a visual illusion design.

This collaboration is also the first time H&M Home has developed larger furniture items with a designer. Evelina Kravaev-Söderberg, Head of Design and Creative at H&M Home, said the project includes many firsts for the brand.

She added that participating in Milan Design Week has been a long-standing goal, and working with Kelly Wearstler made it the right opportunity. She also mentioned that discovering Palazzo Acerbi as the venue helped bring the entire project together.
