JJXX, the women’s fashion brand under Jack & Jones, has introduced a new collection made from a blend of Spinnova fibre and cotton. The collection includes a coordinated outfit featuring a shirt jacket and matching trousers, available in vintage khaki beige and asphalt grey.

Bestseller, the parent company of Jack & Jones and JJXX, began its collaboration with Spinnova in 2020. Since then, the partnership has steadily grown and reached several key milestones.

Nanna Hansen, sustainability coordinator at Jack & Jones and JJXX, said that working with Spinnova has made it possible to use the wood-based fibre in a modern co-ord set. She added that the collection reflects a balance between strong design and innovation, and represents an important step for Jack & Jones in exploring new directions in fashion.

Jack & Jones has also developed collections featuring the highest production volumes of Spinnova products so far. In addition, the brand has designed official outfits for Danish Olympic and Paralympic athletes using the fibre.

Pedro Brito, senior commercial manager at Spinnova, stated that the collaboration with Bestseller shows how sustainability and innovation can come together to benefit consumers. He explained that using Spinnova fibre in contemporary designs proves that sustainable choices can still be stylish, and highlighted Bestseller’s commitment to making positive changes in the fashion industry.

Spinnova fibre is produced from renewable raw materials and can be processed using both traditional and modern textile manufacturing methods, similar to those used for cotton.
