Jacquard Textile starts new manufacturing facility at its Coimbatore operation

Jacquard Textile Group Ltd., headquarters based in Petchaburi, Thailand a manufacturer of wide range of damask woven & knitted ticking by combining unique fabric qualities with the latest exciting, vibrant Italian designs. The company for its global distribution made its entry into the Indian market in 2007. It has opened a new manufacturing facility at its Coimbatore, India-based operation.

The new plant will improve the company’s product range and service levels and is designed to allow for future industry growth, said Stefan Heinke, managing director of Jacquard Textile Group’s Thailand and India operations

The 29,500-square-foot plant is equipped with the latest yarn-spinning, extrusion, weaving, knitting and finishing machinery and has an output of about 766,000 yards of mattress ticking per month.

Stellini Textile Group, based in Magnago, Italy is the company’s European distribution partner.

Jacquard Textile has the latest technology in yarn manufacturing and preparation, weaving and finishing. It also has manufacturing in Argentina, India and Thailand.
