iCare
Intertek, a leading global provider of total quality assurance services, has announced the launch of its innovative digital platform, iCare, in Bangladesh. Following its successful debuts in Turkey in November and India in March, iCare aims to support the regional textile industry by offering a seamless, end-to-end solution for managing testing procedures.
In response to increasing regulatory scrutiny and higher consumer expectations, the iCare platform provides customized solutions that enhance transparency and traceability in processing and testing lab samples. This one-stop gateway for science-based customer excellence allows clients to manage and track their testing procedures effortlessly.
With iCare, customers worldwide can submit test requests, review reports and analytics online, and communicate with in-house experts, all with just a few clicks. This digital platform significantly improves client transparency regarding their samples and the testing process.
Neyamul Hasan, Country Managing Director, Intertek Bangladesh, highlighted the significance of this development, stating, “The introduction of iCare marks a significant milestone, streamlining our customers’ interactions with Intertek Softlines labs and reinforcing our dedication to quality, safety, and sustainability through continuous innovation.”
