Indo Count Industries eyes 15-20% revenue growth from exports in FY17

Indo Count Industries (ICIL) Mumbai based company engaged in spinning yarns, weaving fabrics and manufacturing textiles, and also offers cotton yarn and cotton knitted fabric on back of capacity expansion and strengthening business in the domestic market is eyeing 15-20 percent growth in business.

The company, which gets 90 percent of its revenue from exports is also looking at expanding its export markets as well strengthening presence in other markets which includes Australia, Japan, South Africa and the Middle East.

The company has three manufacturing units in Kolhapur in Maharashtra, is spending around Rs 475 crore in two phases on capacity expansion. The investment will be funded by internal accruals and debt.

Their goal is to bring premium quality products to Indian consumers through Indo Count Retail Ventures P. Ltd (ICRVL), and the launch of the domestic home textile brand Boutique Living.

The Company exports its products to approximately 50 countries in over five continents. The Company has showroom and distribution centers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. It also sells products online through e-tailers.
