Icon Denim expands organic cotton line for S/S 2025

Icon Denim LA is celebrating Earth Month by expanding its collection made entirely from organic cotton. The brand first introduced its 100% organic cotton denim capsule last summer. Now, new additions include the Amber Eco, a cropped women’s button-down shirt; the Dani Eco, a men’s short-sleeve denim shirt; and the Louis Eco, a men’s denim short.

Each item in the Eco line is crafted using organic cotton, supporting environmentally friendly farming and ethical manufacturing. Mauro confirmed that all production facilities are audited under SMETA standards, ensuring social and environmental responsibility.

Lucio Mauro, Icon Denim’s creative director and owner, highlighted that the company’s denim laundry is ZDHC-certified, which means wastewater is properly treated, a crucial aspect of sustainable production. The brand also uses advanced ozone and laser technologies for finishing its denim.

A standout element of the collection is the use of a “refined” white hue, chosen to symbolize purity, calmness, and elegance. “White denim adds a fresh, clean look to the line and enhances the classic style we aimed for,” said Mauro. “Its versatility makes it perfect for the spring and summer wardrobe.”
