GTTES 2019 to see global machinery manufacturers exhibiting

India ITME Society has hit the right chord with the needs of the Textile Industry through GTTES 2019, an exclusive show to capture the World's attention on strengths and opportunities of Global Textile Industry, with special focus on Industry segments.

Textile machinery manufacturers from various parts of the world will be participating in the Global Textile Technology & Engineering Show (GTTES) beginning February 1 to 3, 2019 at Bombay Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC), Mumbai . The trade show in India will offer sourcing solution to the increasing market demand by focusing on weaving, knitting, printing, garmenting, embroidery and technical textiles.

The participants include Dornier, Staubli, Weavetech, Lifebond, Inditec International, Prashant Gamatex, LUWA, LCC, Yamuna, Colorjet, DCC, ATE, Elgi Equipments, SIMTA, Inspiron Jay Instruments, Texfab, , Eastern Engg and Menzel/Bianco among others.

GTTES 2019 will bring maximum sourcing solution and best of market opportunities to the textile and textile engineering segment. It is a growth catalyst and optimum business platform with new customers offering best sourcing solution to India's surging demand for textile machinery.

Keeping in line with government’s efforts to encourage the small medium enterprises, the show will offer a low participation cost and high value net working with customers not only from urban markets but also from II tier and rural textile hubs across India, said India ITME Society in a press release.

The trade show will be hosted in support of the ministry of commerce and industry, ministry of textiles, dept. of heavy industry, government of Maharashtra, textile department and The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd (NSIC).

The Textiles Sector is the second largest provider of employment after agriculture. Thus, growth and all round development of this industry has a direct bearing on the improvement of the India's economy.

In value terms, textile & apparel manufacturers would need to invest US $ 50 Bn in new machinery to cater to the additional market demand and $ 25 bn will be required for replacing the existing machinery. A total of US $ 75 bn investments in machinery is estimated to be required by 2020. Yarn manufacturing, weaving and processing machinery will attract 58% of the overall investments.
