Garment Mantra develops recycled apparel for export markets

Garment Mantra Lifestyle Limited has announced the development of recycled fabric men’s T-shirts aimed at export markets in Africa and the U.A.E. The newly created range uses high-quality recycled fibres and is designed to balance sustainability with durability, comfort and climate suitability for the varied conditions across African and U.A.E. regions.

The company has begun structured sampling with potential buyers in the targeted regions. Garment Mantra Lifestyle reported positive early interactions and noted rising interest in sustainable apparel solutions in these markets.

Mr. Prem Aggarwal, Managing Director of the company, stated that the start of sampling for the recycled men’s T-shirt range represents a key step in the firm’s export expansion strategy. He noted that Africa and the U.A.E. remain promising and relatively under-served markets with growing demand for quality yet affordable apparel.

He further highlighted the company’s sustainability direction, adding that the integration of recycled materials strengthens its position as a responsible manufacturer while supporting long-term value creation. The company remains confident about receiving positive buyer responses and moving toward meaningful commercial scale.
