Premium golf clothing brand Galvin Green has introduced its latest high-performance collection, showcasing a new waterproof GORE-TEX fabric that is both PFAS-free and lined with an advanced ePE membrane.
Built for the next generation of sustainable golf wear, the new fabric has received bluesign® approval, ensuring environmentally responsible production. Made from recycled polyester, the two-layer fabric features GORE-TEX ePE paired with a light mesh lining, offering excellent comfort, warmth, and ease of movement. A PFAS-free water-repellent finish effectively blocks water while reducing harm to the environment, giving golfers a reliable, long-lasting option for wet conditions.
As detailed in the brand’s Sustainability Review, this fabric is not only 100% waterproof but also windproof and highly breathable. It is used in four newly released rainwear items, the ASTON jacket and ARON pants for men, and the AVA jacket and APRIL pants for women, all designed to offer durable protection in all weather.
“We’re proud to lead the way with this new development in waterproof golf gear,” said Product Manager Sofia Ask-Klason. “By working closely with GORE-TEX and using our strict testing process, we’ve made sure the technology meets our highest standards. It’s a strong addition to our DRYVR collection and is designed to keep serious golfers dry wherever they play,” she added.
