Fiberpartner has announced a new collaboration with Everra to drive innovation in fiber technologies. This strategic partnership will help advance the development of PET fibers, biobased fibers, and biodegradable materials. The partnership will involve closer cooperation across their supply chains, along with sharing knowledge, experience, and market access to speed up innovation.

Visitors can meet Fiberpartner at IDEA25 in Miami from April 29 to May 1. The company will be presenting its latest technologies and fiber innovations at booth 1404, including the new bio-based fiber PolyPlant, made from sugarcane.

PolyPlant is built on proven PLA technology but is enhanced with a special additive that improves its performance and overcomes common weaknesses of traditional PLA materials. PolyPlant is flexible, elastic, and suitable for a wide range of applications. Being based on PLA, it can also be easily scaled and integrated into current production systems.
