Erreà partners with Mimaki to upgrade digital printing

Mimaki Europe, a producer of industrial inkjet printers and cutting solutions, has assisted Italian sportswear brand Erreà in upgrading its digital textile printing setup with seven advanced Mimaki machines. This upgrade represents a major step in Erreà’s production strategy, helping the company simplify its printing operations while improving efficiency, colour consistency and overall production control.

By combining the high productivity of the Tiger600-1800TS with the flexibility of the TS330-1600, Erreà can smoothly move between large-volume production and customised orders. This allows mass customisation to become a regular, efficient and repeatable part of daily operations.

Angelo Gandolfi, Founder and CEO of Erreà, stated that quality and innovation have always been central to the company. He explained that after carefully evaluating available technologies, Mimaki was selected as the partner best suited to support both the technical and operational transformation. The new Mimaki configuration enables Erreà to handle a wide range of orders, from high-volume production for clubs and federations to highly personalised small-batch runs, within one streamlined workflow.

The consolidated Mimaki installation also simplifies machine management and maintenance, improves use of production space and delivers dependable, repeatable results across sites. Gandolfi added that with the new systems fully operational and Mimaki as a trusted technology partner, the company is confident about continuing its path of industrial advancement.
